    Santa Fundraising Fun Run

The parent Support Group are organising a Santa Run for all the family to enjoy in the lead up to Christmas. Instead of fighting your way through the Christmas shopping mayhem, pop on a pair of trainers as well as something Christmassy, and join us for a great afternoon. There will be hotdogs, hot chocolate and other festive treats for sale, to help warm you up on the day. Each family will be sent home with a sponsorship form and these should be returned to school, along with any money raised, by Friday 9th December. Thank you in anticipation for your support.

    Healthy Heroes

This month, the principal’s award is 'Healthy Heroes' and in school we have been looking at ways of promoting good physical and mental health. One of the ways that we can do this is by encouraging pupils to have a healthy break (Monday-Thursday) and then they can buy a tasty treat from the Delicious Delight team on a Friday. Next week in school we would like to re-launch our healthy break initiative, and pupils in each class will be given a point/dojo for every day they bring in a healthy snack. If more than half of the class have a healthy snack, the class will be awarded a bonus point. All of the points will be collated and the class with the highest points will choose a treat for the Delcious Delight team to sell on the last Friday of the month. Thank you in anticipation for your support with this initiative.
